When will my order ship?
Custom Race + Triathlon Maps: a proof will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. It will ship the day after approval. 
We will send 2 emails to you for approval, if there is no response after the second email the order will ship as is. Any changes to the prints will be subject to reprint and shipping charges. 
Marathoner Maps: ship within 2 business days. 
Mugs + T-Shirts: ship within 4-5 business days. 
Framed Prints: framing adds an additional 3 business days to the above timelines

Can you make a race print for a past year?
Yes, absolutely! We can create a print for any year. If you want the course map to match a specific race year please order a custom race map. 

Do you make half-marathon prints?
Of course! Please order a custom race map if you do not see the half marathon on our site. 

Can you put multiple years and/or times on the print?  
Sure! Because of the increase in the information amount, we will have to omit the bib numbers. Please write the years with their times in the additional info box.

We would like to make these for our team. Can you add our logo in?
Yes, just email your vector file (preferable) or hi-resolution .jpg file to  hello@runink.net

Can I pre-order a print for next year?
Yes, just enter the runner's name and bib number. When the results are in, email us the time and we will make the print.

Do your prints come in different colors?
To best commemorate your race, we stick to the colors of the race’s branding. If you'd like difference colors you can order a custom race map.

I don’t see my race on your site. Can you custom make a print for me?
Absolutely! Please order a custom race map.

Do you offer framing? We do!

Can I return my order or get a refund? Because each item is made to order, all sales are final, but please email us if you have problems and we will make it right.
