    Can you make a race print for a past year?
    Yes, absolutely! We can create a print for any year. If you want the course map to match aĀ year other than the one you see on our site (the most recent course map) please order a custom race map.Ā 

    Do you make half-marathon prints?
    Of course!Ā Please order aĀ custom race mapĀ if you do not see the half marathon on our site.Ā 

    Can you put multiple years and/or times on the print?Ā Ā 
    Sure! Because of the increase in the information amount, we will have to omit the bib numbers. Please write the years with their times in the additional info box.

    We would like to make these for our team. Can you add our logo in?
    Yes, just email your vector file (preferable) or hi-resolution .jpg file toĀ Ā hello@runink.net

    Do your prints come in different colors?
    To best commemorate your race, we stick to the colors of the raceā€™s branding. If you'd like difference colors you can order aĀ custom race map.

    SHIPPING
    When will my order ship?
    Custom Race + Triathlon Maps:Ā a proof will be emailed to you within 3-4 business days. It will ship the business day after we get your approval.Ā 
    We will send 2 emails to you for approval, if there is no response after the second email the order will ship as is. Any changes to the prints will be subject to reprint and shipping charges.Ā 

    MarathonerĀ Maps:Ā shipĀ withinĀ 3Ā business days.Ā 
    Mugs + T-Shirts:Ā shipĀ withinĀ 4-5Ā business days.Ā 
    Framed Prints:Ā framing adds an additionalĀ 4 business days to the above timelines

    International Shipping
    International Shipping generally takes up to 2 weeks via USPS. The tracking is somewhat limited, the only information we have about your international shipment is what you see viaĀ yourĀ tracking link. The recipientĀ may need to pay taxes and duties on delivery of theĀ order. Because of the complex nature of international shipping Run InkĀ does not offer insurance or replacement on international orders.

    We recommend you purchase digital downloads and avoid international shipping. We can guide you on how best to print your maps on your end.

    My package says delivered but I don't have it!
    We've all been in this frustrating place before. 99% of these packages end up turning up within 48 hours.Ā We ask you to wait, check with your neighbors, your delivery person (if you can) and your post office.Ā You will get an answer quicker if you contact the Post Office directly. Then contact us.    Ā

    When will I get my download?
    Humans make these so it does take a little time.Ā 

    Custom Race + Triathlon MapĀ Downloads:Ā a proof will be emailed to you withinĀ 2-3 business days.Ā If there are no changes then this file is perfect for printing.Ā 

    MarathonerĀ Map Downloads:Ā files will be uploaded to your Run Ink customer account within 1-2 business days. You will be sent an email when this occurs. You can download and print at will.Ā
