Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All Run Ink products are made to order and often personalized. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalization errors provided by the customer.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@runink.net and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Photos of the packaging, if available

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Damage claims must be submitted within this timeframe so we can file a claim with our shipping provider.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Run Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


Color & Display Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and printing processes. Minor color variations are not considered defects.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
