Welcome to Run Ink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.runink.net (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Site is operated by Run Ink. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Run Ink. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms.

Run Ink sells custom and made-to-order artwork and products, including personalized race maps.

Because many of our products are customized specifically for you:

  • All personalization details must be reviewed carefully before placing your order

  • Once an order is approved or sent to production, changes may not be possible

We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or change product offerings at any time.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order. Run Ink is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including spelling, dates, race details, or shipping addresses.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Inability to fulfill a request

If an order is canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

7. Custom Orders and Final Approval

For custom products:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all previews, proofs, or order details

  • Once a design is approved or production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled

Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including artwork, designs, maps, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Run Ink and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership or reproduction rights to the design.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
