Thank you for shopping with Run Ink. Below is information about how and when your order will be processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

All Run Ink products are made to order.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping method selected

  • The size and type of product ordered

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.


International Shipping

We ship internationally, including to the UK, EU, Switzerland, and other countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority.


Shipping Delays

Run Ink is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist if delays occur.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Run Ink is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at hello@runink.net. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@runink.net with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

  • Packaging photos, if available

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
